The department of Pharmacy Practice is situated at the KIMS Hospital and Research Centre. The main aim of the department is to work with multidisciplinary health care team to optimize patient outcomes. The department is adequately equipped with reference books, journals and subscriptions to databases (IDIS, H elenet) being available. The department also boasts of having a well qualified and experienced staff. The activities carried out at the department involves participation in Ward Rounds which includes Patient Counselling, Reporting and Monitoring ADRs, Provision of Drug and Devices information, and so on relating to various drug related problems.
