1.While filling various forms, it is extremely important to note that the name in capital letters should be the same as in the PUC / 10+2 Marks sheet without any change.

Example : Rakesh kumar Dubey can't be written as RK Dubey / Rakesh K Dubey / Rakesh Kumar D. Etc., Any such mistakes could lead to rejection of application & non approval of admission. It should be RAKESH KUMAR DUBEY.

2. Wherever it is required to affix passport size photographs, one should affix recent color passport size photographs only. Otherwise the application will be rejected. The student shall bring recent colour passport and stamp size photographs 12 nos. each.

3. Students are advised to keep with them a good number of attested Photo copies of all documents submitted at college during enrolment.

4. For those who need hostel facility the following payments have to be made. The hostel is located in the KIMS campus in BSK 2nd stage. Buses will be provided for commuting to the college and back to the hostel.

Caution Deposit - Rs. 25,000/- (at the time of admission)

The mess charges works out to be around 2800/- P.M. and is payable in advance every month before 30th. The following materials are required to be brought by the student: Bed, Bedspread, Bed sheets, pillow, Carpet for the bed, bucket, mug, door lock.

Those who have remitted the hostel fee, can report to the warden in the hostel, it may noted that the books, stationery, uniform and other miscellaneous materials may cost around Rs. 8,000/-(approx) and students may accordingly come prepared.

5.White Aprons is a must for all laboratories.

6.students are advised to maintain all the original receipts for any reference if required at a later date.

7.Parking Facility - 2 & 4 wheelers parking facility is available in the campus.
